Pain this morning while stretching
kaylamarie1995
Good morning, I noticed this morning I had a sharp Pain down near my lower right adominal area this morning while i stretched. Could it just be normal that I might of over stretched or is it just the round ligament pain? I'm very concerned.

It's probably just over stretching no need to be really concerned if I even move to quickly I get sharp pains like that just go easier when stretching

Sounds like round ligament pain to me. I get that all the time of I move too fast or if I stretch. Nothing to worry about tho
