I would die for a foot/leg massage!! Sadly I have no one to do it for me!! *cry cry*. I'm gunna have to try soaking them at night. Since has been nice I like to try and just keep going to get stuff done.. Seems I really notice pain when I start to slow down just before nap and bedtime..
My feet swell alllllll the time and how I try and keep it under control is by trying to put them up at least a few times thru out the day at least for 30mins each time. Or ill soak them in a nice warm bath with Epsom bath salts and just make sure you stay hydrated. Since I've been doing these things it's been under control. Oh and also a foot/leg massages helps out too. Hope this helps :)
