I'm 38 weeks and have horrible pelvic pain and pressure to where I can't walk. baby is just getting heavier and dropping lower / pushing on your pelvis. try getting a yoga ball if you don't already have one. it really helps to sit on and relieve pressure. Rock side to side on the ball or roll your hips around in a circle on it ! try sleeping on your left side with pillow in between your legs or with left leg straight and right leg pulled up as far as you can toward your chest (this helps me a lot!) hope it helps.

Hey, so this is my 3rd baby and this time around I got severe pain down there at about 26 weeks and it stayed. I'm 31 weeks now and it hurts so bad I can't walk or turn over in bed. People told me it was sciatica but I did some research and it is actually pelvic Gridle pain. PgP. Look it up, I found some stretches that work wonders and also put yourself on a small bed rest. Basicallt, your pelvic bone has been knocked out of place due to hormones and relaxed ligaments
