Period and birthcontrol

My girlfriend started her birth control in late may of this year. In June she had a light period starting on the green day (for about 5 days). Since then we have had unprotected sex, and I have came in her a couple times (by mistake). Today is her first day of her green pill (the sugar ones) and she hasn't had her period yet. We are both freaking out.

Clarification: if she is getting used to the pill, the hormones in the pill might give her some sick/headache symptoms. When I re-read my last post, it almost sound like the pill isn't working cuz she is getting used to it... That's not the case. Its working, she just might feel sick for the few weeks or cycles.

That would've been too soon for pregnancy symptoms if she were pregnant. It is most likely unrelated, unless her body is getting used to the pill. Best thing to do is relax. There are so many things that have to happen in order to conceive. The pill takes one big factor out of that equation.

It might take a couple days of taking the sugar pills for her period to start. Stress can delay the start of her period too... Try to relax... I'm sure she'll get it within the next 3 days.
