Period or Pregnancy?

Nausea, dizziness and tender/sensitive nipples right after period? Is this normal? I haven't got sensitive nipples since started bc pills so confused me, but even before was on bc pills I only ever got them before period. Now concerned it wasn't a "real" period though lasted 4 or 5 days medium flow.

P.S. started new pack whole week late so using condoms except like once or twice

It sounds like your body's hormones are adjusting to the bc pills.  because you've started a new pack one week late, the progesterone hormone is still dominant and that's why you're feeling pre-menstrual symptoms. Regardless, take an HPT with first morning urine to put your mind at ease. Good luck!

I'm going to Doctor today to talk about getting a breast reduction, maybe I'll ask if she can give me an hpt or even blood test. If not I will test first thing tomorrow.
