Periods

Can you get your period while being pregnant ? I'm 4 weeks, I haven't confirmed it but im almost positive. I've been getting almost every known symptom for 2 weeks I think, symptoms I've never gotten before I had unprotected sex on Aug 27. Even veins on my boobs ! And I've never used birth control, I'm also 14.

Since you had sex when you count a pregnancy you count the 2 weeks of ovulation before you concieve. So you would be 6 weeks and a test would have picked it up

The test picks up on the hormones in your body brought on by pregnancy.  At two weeks or three weeks your body may not have had enough of the hormone yet, thats why its best to do it after you miss your period. At 4/5 weeks the test should be able to detect the hormone. If your unsure go to the health department or hospital especially if your bleeding and think your pregnant, though if you are 5 weeks then its very normal to spot it should last but a few days maybe 3.

All normal. Periods are as stramge and pregnancy and your still really young and sexually active so it can make your periods go super crazy. Mine were just starting to form a pattern before i got pregnant. But i went through the exact same thing you describe when i was 14 almost 15 and started becoming active and now that im in nursing school it all makes more sense

Periods and ovulation. They have always been there but during certain times in your cycle they can have increased blood flow that would cause them to apear and cause soreness. Tons of girls get sore boobs and boob veins with their periods

Completly normal. Those can be pains from ovulation. Also like i said each month can be very different. Especially once you begin becomming sexually active your period can do crazy things month to month. Mine went from a normal mild cramp period one month to being sick for a month with horrible cramps the next month.

But the thing is I wasn't on my period and this pain has been going on for about 2 weeks something like this has never happened , if this is really is my period than I started yesterday, but its definitely not the as heavy and red like all the others so I feel like it could be something else

If its been 4 weeks since you had sex then a test would have picked it up 2 weeks ago. Also the cramps are normal for a period. Back in highschool my period cramps hurt so bad they put me in the hospital. So chances that you are pregnant are pretty slim to none take some midol, drink water, use a heating pad and try to relax and wait it out

That should have been soon enough for a test to pick it up. Take another one this week if its negative your not pregnant. Period symptoms can change month to month and you sitting there convincing yourself its pregnancy symptoms can actually cause a lot of it

Just take a test. Cause like i said you can trick your body into thinking you are pregnant. The more you try and convince yourself the more your body will mimic pregnancy symptoms.

Yes , on the 3rd week it came out negative but I think it was just too soon, I've been getting cramps in my stomach and lower back, like crazy cramps I would ONLY get on my period, and I get random headaches  nausea but without vommitting and boobs have sudden veins and feel sore

The bleeding is different, its light pink and not heavy like my usual periods. My normal period would be dark red and heavy

Like minna said some spotting can be normal but if you're bleeding a lot like a period you should go to the doctor,  that is if you are sure you're pregnant if you're not sure ypu probably arent pregnant at all

You can trick your body into thinking it is pregnant, so you need to take a test. Also you can have spotting throughout a pregnancy its not a period but you have very light bleeding. If you are having a period then chances are you are not pregnant though
