Pineapple & Contractions
So I am 40 weeks today and started doing natural ways to induce labor as I am fed up !! I just ate almost a whole fresh pineapple and am now having contractions. Has anybody had luck with eating pineapple and labor !?
The only downside is heartburn ! And my tongue feels like sand paper. The last couple of pieces are taking a long time to eat lol
I'm going to go buy myself a pineapple right now lol... I'm 39w5d .. I want my son here !!
Yes I will post later on any progress (or lack of). I thought it wouldn't do anything but the contractions starteed about 40 mins afterwards so I was surprised ! I just want to meet my little man !
I'd be amazed if it works, keep us updated. Its nkt something they tell us to avoid here but that could be because its apart of our normal diet living in a tropical climate. Good luck!
