Welp I just ate half a pineapple my tongue already feels wierd but I'm having pressure and miner back pain probably not gonna work but was worth a try lol.

Ariel_21 if you're pump did that to you it sounds like the shield is too small.. you should ask the nurse at the hospital to check and let you know what size you need bc you prob need a bigger size.  Good Luck and I hope you go into labor soon!!

Oh yeah that would make your nipples sore I hate breast pumps they hurt

I tried doing that already just seems to pull my nipple away from my skin. And it hurts like some one bit on it to where it cut open around it. tmi

Stimulate your nipples for an hour three times a day, that's what my Dr told me today
