Don't give up. Life is tough, but your unborn baby is counting on you to be the best mom you know how to be. At the end of the day, that is all that matters. Keep your head up, you got this.
Do you have any family or friends that could come over and keep company , help or anything with the kiddos. As for depression it may sound old school but pray it's hormones mixed with life events but you carrying a life and it's the biggest job bUT your strong and you can make it. Think happy stuff, stay busy, pray, and talk about to friends family or even the ladies here. It may help to just say it and receive good vibes
This is my first pregnancy and it's hard to me too and all I have besides myself pregnant is my partner, his 10 year old daughter(from another mother) and my dog of 7 years. And I have to say I didn't start enjoying pregnancy till about 25-26 weeks and now I'm 36 weeks and starting to not enjoy it so much again. It is difficult at times I clean and the moment they get home it's like a tornado hits. I honestly found what helps me the most is talking about it with my partner or close friends. I could imagine it being difficult for you having 2 kids being prego and still having to deal with daily routines such as cleaning and so forth. But your not only a women but a mother and you are stronger than you think, take it baby steps at a time you'll get over all your prego symptoms hopefully sooner than I did. Depression is a serious thing and I hear pregnancy hormones play a big part in that opening up about it maybe speaking to a therapist or family/friend could help. Oh and one more thing that may not be helping is sleep your maybe not getting enough rest for your first trimester I was exhausted all the time and I know it may be more difficult for you to squeeze in more sleep but just try to take it easy and rest whenever you can. Hope you start to feel better soon, try to stay positive and congrats on baby #3
