Please help! Teen concerns!

Hey, How are you. Im a 17 yr old female who recently decided to lose my verginity July 30,2009! Me and the guy used a rubber and it had broken around the time he started to climax. We did it again July 31,2009 and the same thing happened. This was right after my period and I was told that that is the time when women are the least fertile! So abut a month has past and I still came on my cycle but I know that most women still come on their period during pregnancy! My mom bled the first 3 months of her pregnancy while pregnant with me, and bled the whle time while pregnant with my sister. The same as my aunts with atleast one of their chldren! SO my period has went off but I am havin several signs of pregnancy symptoms. E.G. Nausea(no vomit) But very sick at smells. I have very soar breast as if i'm going to come on my period earlier then usual! I have been sleeping alot for the past 3-4 days. And every since yesterday Sept. 12th i Have been going to the bathroom a lot of times! I have always ate a lot but it slowed down a lot in the past two weeks and started catching back up lately! ABOUT 2 weeks after my first time having sex mid august before my period I had a pinkish reddish discharge i looked it up and it was another sign of pregnancy called Implatation Bleeding! I have taken 2 prenancy test both negative but ike a ******* i took them 2 weeks after sexual intercourse!

Could I be pregnant?
If so, I have My first Pep Smear on the 21st Should I ask my doctor for a test!?
How do i ask her cause im very shy with sharing these personal things!?
And if positive How do I tell my mom?
If negative what could these symptoms be a sign of! It has been 6 in a half weeks since my first sexual incounter, so please help! To include i have been havin mild cramps! And a small constipation feeling!

normal pms symptoms can be just like pregnancy symptoms.  It can be hard to tell.  You probably aren't pregnant, since you had your peroid.  usually pregnancy symptoms do not appear until later.  what you could be feeling may be due to the stress of it all.

as for sex...  Why is the comdom always breaking?  is it a too small size?  (condom that is)  Is your boyfriend leaving room in the tip for sperm?  sounds like there is a problem there.

Most areas have a pregnancy help center with free tests.  You can also get them at dollar general for $1.00

good luck!  and try to relax.

Have you taken a test yet?

Only 25% of women bleed while pregnant - half of those end in a miscarriage.  It is not possible to have a period while pregnant.

Women can have bleeding during pregnancy, but it is not a "period". A period, by definition, is the sloughing off of the uterine lining. If that were to happen in pregnancy you'd miscarry. However, bleeding during pregnancy (for varying reasons) can be normal for a small minority of pregnant women. Good luck to you!

If all you can worry about is getting chubby and chunky then you should really think about what you are doing-dont know if you noticed but pregnancy has a habit of making you "chunky" and its not always that easy to lose the baby weight. And responsibility for a child includes providing it with shelter food and warmth. You need to have a more grown up attitude about these things.

actually i believe most of what you are sayin in your statement isnt true because my mom had good pregnancy n a nice labor no premature labor or anything o and when i spoke to my doctor last year she put me in girls inc and she said that ost women do come on their period durin pregnancy it can be normal and alot hereditary and she spoke on implantation n said most women have it on there first baby ut very few and as far as birthcontrol well no cuz if i was to get pregnant we all have to be responsible enough to take care of responsibility and i do not go to second duty techniques if we were meant to have a child it would happen cause its gods will and birth control isnt our ways of process! plus i dont want to look like the women who end up gettin chubby n chunky from the process....

"but I know that most women still come on their period during pregnancy!"

This is a false fact.
**MOST** women DO NOT bleed during their pregnancy.
Bleeding during pregnancy can signify a problem and should be consulted with your doctor IMMEDIATELY.

It seems to me that your mother n aunts have had complications causing their bleeding.
SPOTTING is sometimes normal around the 8-10th week of pregnancy because if a sudden increased flow of blood to the cervix.

Thinking/worrying/being excited about possibly being pregnant WILL CAUSE PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS.
It was also cause your periods to become irregular i.e. coming early or being late. Being heavier or lighter than usual.

As for implantation bleeding, that is not a common sign of pregnancy.
Less than 25% of women experience this.
I didn't experience it with my first pregnancy but I did with this one.
Most women that do experience implantation bleeding are on their 2+ pregnancy, not usually their first.

If you're having your periods, you're not pregnant.
We can't tell you if you're pregnant or not, so take a test.

I highly recomend if your pregnancy test is negative at your doctor's appt, requesting some form of birth control because if you're gunna be sexually active, you need to be on birth control.
And if your condoms are breaking over and over again, I suggest finding a different brand. Condoms alone DO NOT gareuntee 100% protection from a pregnancy.

Your doctor will be able to tell that you are pregnant when the pap smear is performed.

A HPT is typically accurate about 2 weeks after conception so if you take one now, and conceived at the end of July, you will get a positive result at this time (provided the test is performed correctly).

Lots of things can cause your symptoms that are not pregnancy-related.

Your doctor will do a pregnancy test on the day of the pap smear anyway. It's usually standard to check. If it isn't, just ask for them to check. Make sure you don't drink anything for 2-3 hours before the test.

Your doctor will have heard it all- so don't be embarrassed. Just ask if they do a pregnancy test as standard and if they'd check for you. You pay for it, so it's not a big deal to the doc.

Take it one thing at a time. Find out if you're pregnant before you start worrying about how to tell your mom.
