Post Partum Moms.. I need help.. Tmi.

So, I'm now four weeks post partum and I stopped bleeding bad around the end of my first week. After that I started having the normal Lochia discharge.. Well, two days ago I had spotting. Which I wasn't worried. But now I'm bleeding.. And having clots here and there and when I pee. I get small gushes when i stand up, & The blood is dark red, not pink/discharge like it should be. And I've done absolutely nothing but sleep and take care of baby boy. So I didn't overwork myself at all. I get cramps every time I use the restroom, which there's a little clot in the toilet each time. Could it be my period coming back? It's so early? Or my uterus shrinking again? Anyone go through this.. And is it normal? I thought this wasn't soppose to happen again.

Okay, thank you. & yeah, I already get light headed, crave ice and get extremely tired because my iron is low. I have medicine I take twice a day for it.

As long as it isn't bright red, needs to be dark red or brown, then yes it is normal. Believe it or not my post partum bleed was no where near as bad as my first period. My first period was sooooo heavy with huge clots.

If you start getting light headed, extremely tired, craving ice etc then call your doc. My first period after birth is so bad that I have to take medicine to build my blood back up. It makes me anemic basically.
