i haven't been diagnosed with it but my hands and wrists ache too. sometimes they burn from being so alseep. i find having my arms by my face at night, inclined on the pillow and wrists straight. works best for me. i also do well if i get a shoulder rub before bed. the baby center website had good tips for helping this type of pain. i don't remember it all or i'd just say it but i know they had a good page on it.
mostly they tell you it'll go away and to just deal with it. and its like...yeah, i can barely hold my water cup to my lips, sure 4 weeks will just fly by!! lol. but it is worth it and as long as it goes away i'll deal with it.
I've had it since 07 when i was pregnant with my first child. I end up getting wrist bad thats help keeps your wrist steady and it help me alot as far as pain ibuprofen or tylenol
