I'm a ftm & I was wondering when's the best time to sign up for lamaze & how? I'm currently 16w2d. Thanks ladies! :)
I got a list of different classes with times and dates there being offered from my ob. All those are free. It was also free for me with my first as well. I know some people have to pay though. Your ob might have a list for you too or have recommendations.
You should be able to just call and ask to speak to the person that does them. Or maybe online, i know some hospitals you can register on their website.

With my first i was registered for the class when i was 36weeks but i never made it that far. Had my son early via c section.
Im almost 22weeks with my second and Im registering to take it when Im 26weeks. That way if i go early i still was able to take the class.
