i always have pregnancy symptoms and have done for the past 3 years of ttc, from tiredness, hynger, sore heads increased discharge, nausea you name it and i've never had a BFP it's just one of those things this is why i've given up on looking for symptoms and just waiting on a late period

I think seeing the doctor is the best idea, as a doctor can always give You a straight out answer with a test. Goodluck.

in past few days ... Few more symptoms developed like ... my Brest nippels became  sore and tender. I am really confused now. Got an appointment wth Doc  comming Weekend. Will keep you posted.

Awh thanks, if you're still worried go see your GP. but like Princess Daniella said there are alot of different symptoms and some people dont get symptoms at all, with my first pregnancy i had NONE what so ever, went to the doctors for a check up had a blood test for something else told me i was 21 weeks, but I had to lose it for reasons but I believe i done the right thing by the baby. Anyways, some people dont even know untill they go into labour. it can happen, if you miss your period then take a test about 2 days after being late. but everyone is different. :)

Yes people can get a lot of differant symptoms in pregnancy it may vary from person to person. Anything that is concerning You would definately be best to discuss with Your doctor

There are alot of symptoms of pregnancy,
such as Vivid dreams of being pregnant, which is weird, Cold like symptoms, sore and swollen breasts, morning sickness, dizzy spells. I searched this for you, here are some more signs, Feeling sick: you may feel sick, or vomit. This is commonly known as morning sickness, but it can happen at any time of the day. If you're being sick all the time and can't keep anything down, contact your GP.    
Changes in your breasts: your breasts may become larger and feel tender, just as they might do before your period. They may also tingle. The veins may be more visible, and the nipples may darken and stand out.
More frequent urination. You may also have to get up in the night to pee.
Constipation.
An increased vaginal discharge without any soreness or irritation.
Tiredness.
A strange taste in your mouth, which many women describe as metallic.
Craving new foods, or losing interest in certain products that you previously enjoyed, such as tea, coffee, tobacco smoke or fatty food.
