With my first I was about 154 but I wasn't big at all it was the way I was built before I had my first I was 171. I couldn't lose the weight after now I'm with my second and I went from 195 down to 178 so it depends on the pregnancy. Some women lose weight and not gain a thing.

Don't worry I'm 36 weeks and my pre-pregnancy weight was 120 and I'm only 141 my Dr doesn't seem to be worried at all, she says I'm doing great. Your Dr will tell you if they're concerned with your weight.

I lost 20 lbs at the beginning of of my pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks on Wednesday and I've only gained about 10 lbs. Everything should be fine as long as your baby is doing good and your dr isn't worried..

It may just be the way you are built and carry my older sister lost weight until the very end of her pregnancy she is average I'm tiny do I went from 104@ 5ft 6in with my first up to 165, 2nd up to 143, and now in week 32 @144 my sister naturally 140s @5ft 4in.  She only topped out at 150 by Labor Day the great news is it makes you lose the weight allot faster. Shouldn't effect the baby at all.

I trued everything they wanted me to with my 1st pregnancy and I only gained 8lbs by labor time, my son was born healthy. I'm now pregnant with my second child and I'm also having a weight gain issue again, but ask for a sonogram, they will check the babies size which is really all that matters, if the baby is the right size, don't stop doing what your doing, its possible for you to not gain or barely look pregnant, but your child may be healthy.

Try drinking Ensure... Do you have extreme nausea and vomiting?
