Pregnancy acne

I'm getting a lot of acne now that I'm I'm pregnant I'm only 16 weeks pregnant has anyone else gotten this ? It's leaving dark spots in my face that are so ugly. Help is there something I can use to clean my fave & control the acne ?

Dark spots and acne are super common during pregnancy! Just use a gentle facewash and moisturizer and it'll clear up in no time! Unfortunately all we can really do is be patient during pregnancy, i get horrible back breakouts when I get pregnant
