Hi ladies! I am over 12 days late. last week i kept getting very light cramps so i thought my AF was coming. I kept running to the RR thinking it was here because i felt wet. I have been getting a lot of egg white stick discharge lately. My pre- menstrual symptoms have always been 1. severe cramps 2. breast tenderness 3. light brown discharge. I haven't experienced any of those for the past 2 weeks except for cramps which are very light ( doesn't cause discomfort) I took a test earlier last week in the evening and got a negative result. Has anyone experienced this and actually turned out pregnant?

You would do better to test in the morning before you drink anything. Not at night. What you drink during the day dilutes the urine and if the HCG in your body isn't high enough might produce a false negative.

When I got pregnant, I kept getting menstrual cramps right around the time I was supposed to start my period and after it was late. It felt like I would start literally any minute and like you, I kept feeling wet and running to the bathroom to check. So it's definitely an indication but not a sure thing. You should take a pregnancy test first thing in the morning like clysta said. Good luck!!
