Pregnancy sign? not normal that's for sure!

Okay so here's the deal. I am 24... today auctually! Oh, happy day! J/K  I have completely regular periods every 30 days. And out of nowhere I had a period Nov. 8 red then brown for 3 days very light. Dec. 6 (28 days or two days early) spotting and then brown 3 days again. Then exactly 3 weeks to the day later spotted again. And when the spotting stopped I had and still have severe lower back pain, a headache that will not go away down into my right shoulder (7 days as of today). Took a ton of advil with no relief. I can't be pregnant for one. Husband had vasectomy 15 months ago and went to the hospital for the check ups, plus i took two tests both neagtive. Oh, and yesterday breasts are itching and having alot of thick white discharge. Doc. the 23 of january appt. I have two girls and my symptoms were way different than this. This is left field for me. Any help? Please!!!!

I have had weird symptoms myself- I have been extremely thirsty (feeling dehydrated for the past few days). I am tired and my smell sensitivity is soaring! My boss was eating an orange and I thought I was going to vomit on him because of the smell.  But I had an endometrial ablation almost a year ago, so I can't be pergnant.  At least I don't think I can. Any ideas?

Sounds like symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy, like the shoulder thing.... you should google it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! To be honest I haven't experienced anything like that but I would go to the doctor's for a check up...every women is different with their pregnancies so I would just go to the doctors to make sure.
