Hi!
ChristineMP is correct that it is possible but quite unlikely. If you have symptoms of pregnancy, taking a pregnancy test is a good idea. Pregnancy is NOT recommended after an endometrial ablation for many reasons, so if you want to have a baby, a surrogate might be your best bet.
Hope this helps!

Not likely but not impossible as long as your ovaries are still functioning. It is possible to ovulate without having a period and it is possible for an egg to be fertilized in spite of a tubal. However, the fertilized egg is unlikely to reach the uterus and if it implants the result will be an ectopic pregnancy (often in the fallopian tubes but sometimes elsewhere). Best to see your health care provider ASAP because symptoms consistent with pregnancy can indicate other issues (in a woman who isnt pregnant).
