Pregnancy

Lets say you on birth control and you don't miss pills and the time you take them. You have sex on Tuesday. You start your period on Thursday and it ended on Monday. For the majority of the time it was heavy. Since the time you had sex was so close to the time of the start of your cycle. Is it possible that sperm from tuesday sex could've lived in the vagina during your period and you become pregnant? I know a period usually rules out pregnancy rules out pregnancy but since it was soo close I'm not sure.

Some woman have regular periods through there whole pregnancy its rare but does happen! If she's been on the pill its unlikely though but no birth control is 100% I fell pregnant on the pill.

Ok but how can you have a period if your egg is fertilized. It just sounds weird. I've always been taught differently

I conceived on the 3rd April and only had sex the day before hadn't done for weeks before so could have only got pregnant on that day but had a full heavy period that started on the 4th April. But I don't think the sperm will live that long unless it already fertilized ur egg before your period started like what happened to me... I was on pill too so anythings possible!
