Pregnant, off vicodin need advice PLEASE (Non-judgemental)

I took vicodin off and on for chronic pain through my pregnant.  I have weaned off of it, my last one being a half dose about 3 days ago.  I am wondering will my drug test be clean at the hospital and will the baby's urine drug screen be clean as well? Please do not judge....I am looking for real information from someone.  Thank you so much in advance.

A cousin of mine who was addicted to vicoden weaned herself off 2-3 weeks before she gave birth and always tested neg. (3 pregnancies) only issue was baby #3 showed minor withdrawal symptoms. Best wishes

From what I have read it should be out of my blood by now and her urine.  But I just was wondering if anyone knows....

I am 38 weeks.  My doctor is aware and knows of me tapering off.  I am just curious as to if it will be fully out of our systems by then.
I was taking it for chronic pain.

It depends how far along you are. & if it was prescribed to you, there's nothing to worry about. I'd ask your doctor. I mean, you do have doctor/patient confidentiality! They shouldn't be judgmental at all & if you don't have a doctor you trust or are comfortable talking to, you should find one you can :/ & please don't take that wrong. It's just in all reality, you need a doctor you trust and are okay talking to!
