Pregnant with the Mirena IUD?

For the past 2 months I have had pregnancy symptoms. I have had the Mirena IUD for 3.5 years and have never had any of these symptoms until now. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests but they have all came back negative. I went to the doctor and all he did was a urine test and check to see if the Mirena was still there. Even the Mirena people I talked to say that a urine test most likely will not show a positive even if you are pregnant because of the hormones that it puts off. He couldnt find my strings so he has me scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow. I havent had a period since the IUD was put into place 3.5 years ago. But my symptoms are - spotting blood/mucus, tender breasts, frequency in urinating, fatigue, cant sleep well, back pain, pelvic pain (stabbing and cramping), headaches, acne, buttox pain (dont know if that has anything to do with this) spells of nausea but not throwing up. I have 2 kids and with each one I had the same symptoms. I know the doctor will be looking to see if the Mirena is in place, but will he see if I am pregnant? And will he check for that? I feel soooo pregnant. I just want to make sure he does look for it. He didnt seem like he even thought there was a possibility that I could be pregnant because he said it was 99.9% effective. So I am just hoping he looks for a pregnancy as well as the IUD. Any info or advice would be appreciated.=)

Thanks. I will do that. I know it is unlikely. But with all of my symptoms, wouldnt you think you were pregnant? I just need to find something out. I know this much, if Im not pregnant this IUD will be coming out. I cant take these side effects, and I definately dont want to have to go through this again.
