If your O- you'll fall into the RH negative factor, my husband is O+ and so are our two kids. They will give you a shot of Rogham around 28 weeks then again within 24 hours after you deliver or if you have a c-section right away. It's so the babies blood doesn't mix with yours. It doesn't have any effect on conceiving. If you have any spotting or bleeding during the pregnancy you will most likely get a "mini" Rogham dose just to play it safe. The shot has no side effects except a sore arm.

I have o negative blood also, and at 28weeks I gotta get a vaccine to make sure baby is ok during delivery...something to do with red/white blood cells. And men can keep having babies for a while, its more the women that are at risk when older, since carrying a baby puts a bigger stress on the body of an older woman

I know both my parents had different blood types (one negative and one positive) so I think when my mom was in labor with us she just had to get a shot because of it.

And I don't think blood type has anything to do with conceiving but ask a dr

No that has nothing to do with conceiving men don't stop making babies for awhile 31 isnt old enough to have problems with conception
