Prenatal Vitamins
I'm sitting at work and realized I forgot to take my Prenatal Vitamin. I've been taking them late in the afternoon around 5. Should I take two when I get home today?
I been months where I wouldn't take my vitamins for a whole week . Bby is fine trust me
Prenatal isnt like birth control! Nothin bad can happen if u miss a day! I dnt take mines everyday! Cuz im not good wit takin sumthin everyday n my baby is very healthy im 36+4
No it doesn't sound dumb it all. It sounds smart! I just wanted to make sure. Bit I am a little down I missed a day:(
No don't double up...u can overdose...I kno it sounds dumb but too much is no good for baby n u...
