You absorb them better when taken with food so I always take them with a meal.

I usually take them at night but honestly i take mine at different times all the time Lol I always forget so everytime I remember I take it right away no matter what time of day!

Not really they jus say that it can get u nauses so that its better to takebit right wen ur going to sleeep for after a meal not in a empty stomach
