I found that WalMart's "Spring Valley" brand pills worked very well for not only helping the baby but it also did wonders for my skin, hair and nails. The gummies didn't work as well for me, but then again the gummies also help when you can't take the pills due to nausea.
I really like New Chapter. They are whole food, organic, and gmo free. Because they are made from whole foods your body absorbs more and you can take them on an empty stomach.
I take rainbow light prenatal vitamins. They are all natural.
If none of the site ones work good , ask your doctor , they might prescribe you prenatals that you can get from the pharmacy
I love New Chapter prenatal vitamins
I really like the spring valley gummies a lot!! :) they taste just like candy :))) I buy them at Walmart
Best thing to do is ask your doctor for samples. They have plenty to give away. I survived off samples & never had to purchase vitamins during or after pregnancy. Plus, there's different types of vitamins some with dha, some that don't. I prefer dha. Then there's vitamins that contain stool softeners or nausea pills. I was nasuated in my firstttrimester, so the ones with nausea pills helped a lot. Then second trimester, I had constipation, & the one with stool softeners helped. So, guess it depends on whatever works best for you.
I really like Thorne basic prenatals. They are a top company for vitamins reccommended by many naguropaths. You can find them at any health food store. Also they are capsules so you dont have to choke down those big green horse pills.
