Prenatal vitamins

I just found out I'm expecting last night!! Yay!! Super excited. I called my ob/ gyn doctor for appointment this morning but they won't have any openings until 1 week and a half from now but I want to start taking prenatal vitamins so I can be taking something. What vitamins do y'all recommend. I'm 24 yrs old. :)
Thank you.

I get the nature's blend prenatal vitamins because they're the cheapest. All prenatals supply you with the same amount of vitamins you need, so it's not really a matter of which one's "better". A lot of women prefer the gummy vitamins because from what I hear, they're less likely to make you sick and they don't taste nearly as bad as the tablets.

Nature Made are my favorite and then I also take the Barleans fish oil swirl lemon flavor. Together they are perfect and I've stayed very healthy while pregnant.

Not all pre natals are quit created equal. But mostly what you can afford and as long as it has folic acid. I have a very weak stomach when it comes to vitamins so the ones ive found work best for me and are affordable and rated amoung the top 10 pre natals are the nature made liquid gel pre natals with dha and omega-3. I absolutely love them. Plus liquid gels are easier on your stomach they have never made me a bit nauseous not even when I was really nauseous for a few weeks plus they are easier for your body to disgest :-)

I tried a a bunch of brands from Walmart, they all made me nauseous and feel crummy. Finally my husband bought me "NOW Prenatal" from a local supplement store and those are the only ones I can take without getting sick.  I'm 37wks.

The one's from walmart have no iron blah I really thought I was doing something I went and bought 5 bottles to be told I couldn't take them. Get you a bottle so you can be taking something but the ones they prescribe are the best ones

My doctor said their all about the same. So regardless of expensive or not expensive you'll get the same results. I say a cheap prenatal brand!

Congratulations!!
I take 1-A-Day prenatal vitamins.
I take them at night cuz they made me feel sick taking them in the day.

I've tried some gummy ones before from Walmart and I hated them so I stuck to 1-A-Day.
You might have to try a couple to see which ones you like better :)
