I take mine at night as well. My girlfriend had the same problem as you and found if she took them at night and then ate a few crackers before sitting up and getting out of bed in the morning, it helped her a lot. Best of luck to you!!!
You can try switching vitamins, your ob can give you a prescription for them too, but depending on your insurance those may be more expensive.
If recommend taking them before bed with a starchy good such as bread or crackers.
I did with my first and my doctor suggested I just take Flintstones vitamins lol but I was already almost in my 3rd trimester at that point
Try taking them after dinner or before bed. I had similar problem
