There not only for baby but for you too. Like your hair, nails, skin all sorts. If youbhavent takes any now and haven't been tilde to have any I wouldn't worry. I was told by my midwife and Dr to take them

I don't think so because I never took them with my daughter who is now 5 years old and healthy as can be and I don't take them now and there is nothing wrong with this baby and I'm now 37+5 with no complications with either baby.

Yes. Those have a lot of things your baby needs. If you aren't takin them because they make you sick try to take them before bed. If that doesn't work then they have gummies you can take.I would call your doctor(:
