I never took prenatal vitamins with either pregnant and both went fine. Doctor told me just to keep a good diet and everything will be okay.

I have to do gummy vitamins, the ones without sugar coating and no iron. I also have to eat before I take them. Otherwise it all comes back up. Doctor told me if I couldn't keep the prenatals down to take Flintstones vitamins. They come in gummy too.

Yes my prenatal  vitamins made me so sick every single day! I started taking the gummy prenatal vitamins by VitaFusion  and I do not get sick anymore. They taste  great and my Dr. approves of them.

Try eating something before you take your pill.
