Previous miscarriage

Hi guys! I just recently found out I'm pregnant, this is my second pregnancy. I had a miscarriage with the previous pregnancy and I'm kinda freaking myself out about this one. Any ideas on how to calm down?

I'm sorry for your loss but congrats on this pregnancy! If it makes you feel better I misscarried in December and never even had a period before I was pg again! I'm now 34 weeks pg with a healthy baby boy! This pregnancy has actually been better and I've been more healthy then when ideas of with my daughter who was planned! It's hard not to worry but try really hard not to! Good luck

Hey Aliia, sorry for you loss and congratulations on your pregnancy! Just take it day by day, try to keep yourself busy. I know that it's hard but try stay positive. I had a missed miscarriage in June 2014, 3 months later was pregnant again and by June 2015 I had my beautiful baby boy his now nearly 14 months. You can get a fetal doppler and use that to find babies heartbeat from 10+ weeks and by around 20 - 24 weeks you'll be feeling bub move which will help calm your worrying down.Good luck with your pregnancy xxx

Reading. Coloring...anything. I'm a country girl so I like to go fishing and that helps me calm down.
I had a miscarriage in 2012 and I was just a month along and now I'm currently on my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 19 weeks.
