Progesterone Cream

I read a lot of different articals about progesterone cream and how it can prevent early miscarriage due to low progesterone and how great it is. I also read conflicting information on it. My question to you is have you used it? Do you think it made a difference in your pregnancy or your ttc journey? And any other info or things to add on it :)
