I'm 37 weeks , I'll be 38 in two days ... Ive grown very miserable I'm already 2 cm dilated & was wondering is there anything I could do to speed up the process (besides walking) ?

Have tons of sex! Nipple stimulation,  Evening Primrose Oil,  I used cumin seed tea and 2 hours later I was in labor. you need a coffee filter,2 TBLSP  cumin seeds, and 6oz of water. Put the seeds in the coffee filter and tie it with a string or rubber band,  bold water and cumin seeds together for 5 minutes and drink. my Hispanic friend taught me that. I was 0 everything to 50 %  
effaced and fingertip dilated.
