As far as pills.. the only kind ive been able to tolerate is the similac brand (2 pills), if you cant tolerate any pills, either gummies or if youre like me and cant stand the texture of gummies, a friend recommended flinstone vitamins (thats what her dr suggested to her). Of course they dont have EVERYTHING you need but atleast its something.

As far as my doctor told me as long as you double check to make sure it has iron in it they have all the same stuff.

I have tried them but I dont feel like it has all the essentials in the gummies

I take gummy prenatals because the pills can make you feel very sick to your ststomach.
