Really bad morning sickness nausea, help!

I have had the worst nausea with this pregnancy, it just started last week. I have tried puking and nothing comes up ( it made me feel better after I puked with my last 2 pregnancies) so I am stuck feeling the urge to puke all day off and on frequently. I got the ******* pop chews and the wellness tea from babies r us but this is the worst morning sickness I've had. Is this common with the 3rd pregnancy? I need to be able to function for my other two kids. :(

Mine was so bad my doctor gave me promethazine pills and it helped out . I was always like that and was always go scared to eat cause I'd throw . especially my most favorite foods it just sucked. I tried the saltine crackers and drinking water with lemon and it helps for a while but u still got it. . I tried sprite and its alright it helps but what helped me a lot was minty gum I had bought bags of them and just chewed and it went away . so i highly recommend that.

For me it happened like that I had to constantly get up and run to the bathroom but nothing was coming so its normal what worked for me was saltine crackers and water the crackers are good for the discomfort and the water is good to help the vomiting come up smoother to relieve your stomach
