Really bad sunburn ;( help

So we took an unexpected trip to Santa Cruz and my arms are totally sunburned :( they hurt so bad just to move my arms !!! I'm 30 weeks pregnant and googled a few things to make it feel better it says ibuprofen or aspirin works but being prego i know aspirin is a NO but what about ibuprofen?

Ugh!!! What can I use to make it feel better??? I sware this hurts maybe not compared to labor lmao but I literally can't move my arms :(

I got really bad sunburn at the beginning of my pregnancy too, I went to Jamaica & could hardly enjoy it :/ Tylenol may help though, no to ibuprofen, & just keep yourself moisturized with lotion all the time & it should help, aloe will also help a lot too.

Spray you arms with white vinegar, it will take the sting away. If it is super bad it may take a day or two to work but it helps a lot.

Just rub aloe vera on your arms n take tylenol ..oh by the way i love santa cruz
