Red Raseberry leaf Tea

Im about to be 36weeks and have read that red raseberry leaf tea will help with labor has anyone else heard or tryed this before???

Well with my first and second, if I remember correctly, I started pretty late into the last kobth, like around week 38 or 39 and I over carried both of them. 41 weeks and 42 weeks. This time I started drinking it at 35 weeks so we'll see if it makes any difference

Okay great! How many weeks after did you end up delivering your kids??

Yup! This is my third pregnancy and I drank the tea with each one. Started around 36 weeks and drank up to 3 cups a day until I gave birth. It helps strengthen and prepare your uterus for labor, but it doesn't induce labor if that's what you're wondering.
