Red Raspberry Leaf Tea - Bringing on Labour?

I've been drinking RRLT for the last couple of days (2-3 cups) and I've been getting HEAPS of braxton hicks which are unlike anything I've ever experienced. They come along with lower back pain, upper thigh pain, a really strong pushing sensation on my cervix, and my little man goes absolutely crazy every time one happens and wriggles non stop. My tummy also stays hard for about 2-3 minutes when they happen, but there isn't really a pattern to them as far as how often they come (although at one point, it was about every 7 minutes). They tend to happen at night and are really sore, but when I wake up each morning, they're gone. What's going on?! Do I keep drinking this tea? Will it eventually bring on actual labour? I'm 39 weeks on Wednesday and my boy is 98th percentile in terms of size and I really want him out ASAP

The tea doesn't induce labour. It's used to strengthen the uterus.

I'd keep drinking it it only softens things up doesn't really make things go to much faster I had it with all my four it's only recommended from 38 weeks onwards so your doing it all right I would say your having false Labour pains on top much is another good sign baby is getrying ready to come the tea won't be linked
