Ribs are KILLING me

Hiii this is my first pregnancy I'm 33 weeks and my rib has been clicking and really hurting me. It is so uncomfortable it hurts to laugh sneeze or even sit really. Anyone else have this or know something about it ??? Thank uu.

Yeah. My baby boy loves to put his feet in my ribs and kick them.

Oh my gosh yes!! With my 1st pregnancy my son's feet were in my ribs even through labour. Made contractions so much worse! This time my ribs hurt everytime I sleep. Glad I'm not the only one with rib pain. But so far nothing has helped with the pain for me :(

When i was pregnant with my first child I had that also, I went to the chiropractor , used a heat pad, and took warm baths. Also, stretching is a big way to help!

I hv had it in my first pregnancy at around the sane time... 32 to 36 weeks! I was advised to do pregnancy yoga and stretching exercises, which I did. N it really worked for me.

yes!! it does get better (i am 36 weeks) for me, it's the babies little feet on them kicking them.  especially at night.  but once he dropped, (about 34 weeks for me) it got a lot better.
