Riding on the Motorcycle

SO...I am 10 weeks pregnant and can't decide how comfortable I am with going on a bike trip. My Fiance wants me to go on the trip and I want to go as well but I just don't know if I should?

Just curious what you all think?

I wouldn't risk it, for many reasons. First, you can't stretch your legs and during pregnancy your circulation changes. You can easily get cramps, hurt your back because of how you have to sit... and if there is an accident there's nothing to protect you from impact.

I wouldn't go on a trip on a bike.

Maybe a trike wouldn't be so bad...truck would be the safest of course. =)  Enjoy your trip either way.

Thank you for your thoughts :) His mom drives a trike and I think I might be more comfortable on that so I may go that route. They have also mentioned taking one truck so I may end up riding in the truck too?

For me, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it. Although I have to admit, when I was pregnant with my first, I did ride a dirt bike...I was maybe 7 weeks? But after that I never did it again. With the fumes, the noise, and the bumpiness, I just thought it wasn't a good idea. But it's completely up to you and what you are comfortable with.

Well if it was me I wouldn't risk it. When I was 10 weeks I skipped a ski trip not because of the skiing, but if I were to crash or fall it could cause problems. Just my two cents.
