Right time for delivering

Hey all! i am in 37w 5days pregnancy, Please advise whether it is full term pregnancy &  right time to deliver or weight untill 39 week.

You definitely should wait until your baby tells you he/she is ready to come out.  Unless you have some concerns that are going on?  
Alaysha is right, your babies little lungs might not be fully developed yet-just give it those last 2 weeks-it will go by fast!!

Although you are now considered full term it is still best to wait until the baby is due. Reasons for this is because even a couple weeks early their lungs could still not be fully mature or they could not be able to feed properly or regulate their own body temperature. When your baby is fully developed your body releases a chemical that will send you into labor.
