Is it bad to eat roman noodles while pregnant ?

Yeah they are not good . Have no nutritional value & are high on sodium .

I crave them very often but not as much ..and I mostly eat the cup ones and sometimes the bagged ones ..thanks girls .

They are not good to eat period. They have a waxy consistency on them to keep them fresh which is not good to the belly ...try regular noodles instead.

If your talking about like package Noddles I just heard they have a lot of salt i eat them every now and then

You can eat them but you have to eat some thing else with them because they have NO nutritional value for you or baby.
The flavoring packet is 100 percent salt so you will need more water than usual

I know you're supposed to limit pasta but idk how much or why. I eat Raman all the time with just butter and parmasan on it instead of seasoning. You should be fine.

Ibelive sometime you have to I've already ate it a couple times with this pregnancy.... Ijust don't recomment it a lot because its supoably really bad for you because of the waxy coating that's on the noodles it takes your digestive system a while to digest... so Isay if you have to go ahead and eat it Ijust wouldn't eat it everyday

I do every now and then my Dr says its ok but every Dr is different just call and ask ur Dr an see what there opinion is about it :)
