I also had an ectopic recently and I had cramping and some spotting around the time I would have had a period.  The only other times that I had some bleeding was just after intercourse, and it was very minimal.  My major sign that something seemed out of place was three days before I ruptured (at 7 wks pregnant), I had very sharp pain on my left side only and it radiated down my left leg.  It only lasted about 1.5 hrs and then I had some heavier bleeding that day and then was fine for a day then bleeding and lightheadedness the next.  If you think that you have one get checked they are dangerous and also, do not take any pain meds just in case; the pain will help you to know if things seem not quite right.  Good luck!

You either get a shot of methotrexate that will disolve the pregnancy if your not too far along, sometimes this requires multiple doses, or surgery. The baby won't move once its implanted.

HCG levels that don't double/rise normally & pain on either side of your pelvic area. That's the symptoms I had. The main type of ectopic is tubal. If your tube ruptures, you will be in a TON of pain, experience nausea, feeling faint or fainting, and pain in your shoulder area due to the internal bleeding. If you suspect an ectopic, you need to let your doctor know asap so they can do a transvaginal u/s and see if they can see a preganancy anywhere. If you look up ectopic pregnancy on the internet, you will find that there are different kinds of ectopics, cornual (baby implants in upper corners of your uterus) cervical, ovarian...there is a lot. Either one is extremely dangerous and will be life threatening if not treated promptly.  But ectopics can be tricky too. I had a cornual and my hcg levels went up normal. I had to have a pelvic MRI to get it diagnosed.

But I have read your previous posts and it sounds like you and your doctor thought you were having a m/c right? Did they mention to you ectopic? If they did, they need to give you an u/s asap. Good luck to you and if you need anymore information, feel free to msg me. Unfortunatley, I am a pro at ectopics and m/c.
