Rubbing raw?

Okay, this is kind of gross. Where my thighs meet where my private area is, rubs together. It has been like that since my daughter was 6 months old. She will be 4 in a little under 8 weeks. Ever since I got pregnant it has gotten worse. So bad that last night when I wiped that area it was bleeding. And it hurts like hell. I have asked doctors in the past about it and they don't say anything about it or even check it for that matter. Do you think if I ask my OB doctor about it SHE will do something? I am in pain and I can't take it much longer.

Baby powder, anti itch/burn cream works. but most all, wear thigh shapers!! They keep them from rubbing and actually helps you to tone them a bit. I started rubbing after I had my son almost three years ago, but lucky my ob told me those things before it got really bad. Now my thighs don't rub anymore. Although they probably will after I have this baby lol.

Yes your ob will take a look at it. Put neosporin on it tonight and try not to walk too much, usually that happens to me and I put desitin on it before it gets too bad, but since it's an open sore now just stick with neosporin for now. Hope you feel better hon.

you could try some diaper rash cream, baby powder, I've even heard corn starch will do the trick.  That is sooo painful. Especially in the summer when it's hot. Mine Seems to get worse then so Thank gosh its winter. I think Your DR might call you in something or recommend a OVT cream for you to use.
