ive been having the flu for about 3 days :(and don't know if im able to take anything ?

Call your dr and see if there's at least something you can take for the symptoms. If your having a hard time keeping did down try the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, appesauce, tea) protein shakes can help too. And plenty of rest! I was sick with the stomach flu for a week and half and that's what they told me. They were able to put me on medicine to help with the symptoms. Get well!
Rub Vicks on your chest and throat. & some homemade chicken soup ;) abd drinks lots of water
Id stick to natural remedies. I heard Tylenol was ok but after my research on the internet i decided not too
