SICK pls Help

So im 9 weeks pregnant and i have stuffy nose and runny nose and my throat is sore..I feel so hot i checked my temprature it was 98..Its also so hard for me to breath cuz of my nose,I dont know if i have a cold or a flu..what am i allowed to use?? And is this gonna effect anything my baby?Pls help first time pregnant.

I had fever on my first trimester &I didn't even know my bf put wet rags all over my body for like an hour & the fever went away but u have a runny nose also & also sore throat so nvm /:

You being sick can't hurt the baby unless you have a high fever for a long period of time.  You can also take benadryl at night to help you rest and vicks to help you breath

Saline nasal spray,  a humidifier,  cough drops and robitussin
