Your doctor will give you medicine to get rid of the std .you will need to get your partner to get tested and cured also no sex at all until both of you are cured. At 35 weeks they will check again and if it comes out positive you will be getting medicine while delivering
It shouldn't affect the baby at all in the womb, and your doctor will talk about delivery options if you are still infected at birth. The biggest risk of chlamydia is that it can infect something in the baby's eyes and blind it. BUT most hospitals routinely treat newborn babies eyes just in case so it should be fine. You should still be able to deliver vaginally.
First pregnancy my hubby got check he had it so I got tested I had it too :-( they gave us pills n some medicine to put up u know were for me lol.. But it goes away.
