Salmonella Poisoning Outbreak

My daughter is 15 weeks pregnant and ate some of the peanut butter items recalled. She has had morning sickness since the start and has recently been getting headaches and cramps. What are the real dangers if any to the baby. It said this type of salmonella can pass through to the baby. Should she get tested? What can be done if it is positive?
Thanks!
