Sandwich meats

Is it safe to eat packaged sandwich meat while pregnant? I'm 6 weeks almost and have heard crazy stories that you shouldn't.

i was told you can in moderation. so not everday....more like once a week or so.
everyone has their own opinions on it. i have ate lunch meat like 3 or 4 times and im 22+2. i dont really want it lol.
they say your not supposed to because listeria....but if you want a sandwhich you can have one. but im not a doctor so if you are really concerned talk to your doctor.
me and my baby are fine.
it just depends on if you want to or not.
