First Pregnancy

Hello, I'm 18 years old and just found out I'm pregnant yesterday. The thing is, I've been pregnant (unaware) for about 2 months now. I have NOT had any appointments with a Dr as of yet. My question is can diet pills and energy drinks harm my baby this earlier? I'm staying away from all of that now that I know I'm with child, just kinda worried my past habits could have harmed the baby in anyway? Also wanting to know how you girls told your father for the first time!

Unfortunately diet pills and energy drinks can be very bad for a developing baby and the first trimester is the most crucial which doesn't seem fair since a lot of us don't figure out we're pregnant for quite sometime lol.  But I am sure as long as you stay away from all that stuff now it will be fine.  I hope you weren't drinking too many energy drinks but definitely mention this to your doctor and get an appointment asap.  Stay away from all things diet and caffeine;-)

Telling my dad i think was the hardest thing. Just straight out tell him. But when you feel comfortable, but dont wait to long thatll build disappointment. I thought my dad was gonna hate me, never talk to me about again and even worse. But he actually was happy for me and said ever since i turned 18 he would be expecting it. He was a liddol suprised but hes been nothing but supportive. Im 18 also and Im 6months pregnant.
